Copain Viognier Saralee's Vyd. 2005

Pale yellow.

Litchi candy, peach pit and a hint of oak (?) spice.

Sweet peach/apricot in the mouth, with mild, acid-driven spice. A bit of tannic chew also. Very good flavor follow-through.

This was opened yesterday, and definitely benefited from a bit of air.

Very tasty and varietally (CA) correct. In fact, similar to Arrowood's Viognier from the same vineyard.
