Chateau de Trinquevedel, Tavel (Rose') 2010

Vibrant pink/red.

Musky spiced strawberry/cranberry/grapefruit nose shows a bit of herb action too. Lively, fresh.

Really spicy, initially "sweet" red fruit flavors in the mouth, with an attractive, aggressive, stem "chew" allied with solid acidity. Really lifted/perfumed.. Finishes decidedly dry, with mineral and tannin chew coating the front teeth. Red raspberry, herb and mineral flavors run long. This is killer rose' from a very consistent producer. My first bottle was at Nonni's in Tucson years ago.
