Earth/nut, custard, citrus/pepper aromas.
Intense citrus entry (orange/grapefruit), pepper. Strong acidity attacks the mid-palate, shutting down any real pleasure. Tough sledding, but citrus/pepper action reemerges in the mineral/chew finish.
