Vinturi - earth/hazelnut, spicy black fruit, beet and hints of sausage/game on the nose.

Deep, packed, no fat - immediate, typical, grainy tannin is a bit harsh at this point. Major finishing constriction, but flavors wriggle through. Just needs some time, say 4-6+ years. Or the proverbial "hot cup of fat.
