Bouissiere Gigondas 1998

Deep red, some rim evolution.

Earthy/spicy/potato skin/red licorice/meaty, very deep nose. Smells packed.

Completely mouth-filling, an explosion of flavor, mirroring nose, in the mid-palate. Wow. Tannin level is high, but is kept well in bounds by monster flavor impact and pure concentration. This is lamb stew wine.
