Light yellow. Slight haze.

Caramel/truffle/sulfide/sauteed onion/lemon/mint nose.

Round, extremely concentrated, almost thick. At the same time, this has real lift in the finish, thanks to strong acidity/sulfide synergy. Lemon flavor really kicks in, too, as does creme caramel. Dry dessert wine? Huge length.
