Vinturi - earth, coconut, custard, pepper, toasted nut aromatics. Completely integrated and extremely attractive.

Round and plush, with an edge of acidity that slowly asserts itself. A self-contained middle-weight, no sense that this is "trying". Chewy, spicy, peppery finish that ends with serious acid constriction. Needs animal fat/protein and roasted potatoes. Or cassoulet. Or ragout.
