Evolved, deep red.

Vinturi - outrageously killer smoked meat/breakfast sausage, wilted greens, fig paste, earth/oak spice, sumptuous, eminently edible nose. Dried floral action with air time.

Round middle-weight in the mouth, with earth, green "edge" and smoked meat repeating. Significant iron component in the finish. Way more complex and active than the Arietta, which seems dead in comparison.
