Bodegas El Nido "Clio" Jumilla 2002

Deep red.

Vinturi - macaroon, savory/raw meat, celery seed, sumptuous earth nose. If this isn't American oak, it doesn't matter. It is a distraction.

Round, but not sweet, with a definite saline impression. Tastes like something from OZ. Dis-jointed tannin/acid feel from the mid-palate on. I think this was Ringland's first swing.
