Deep purple/red.

Vinturi - Deep, saucy nose - savory meat, earth, raspberry coulis, basil, sauteed mushroom and some oak spice.

Very round and plush, with very good flavor depth. Acid/tannin synergy constricts the finish. Needs time. Lacks some lift in the mouth.
