Deep red.
Vinturi - similar to the Longue Garde, only better integrated - salami, wilted herb, earth, spicy fig.
Round, mouth-filling, middle-weight. Nice flesh through the mid-palate and finish, where slight acid/tannin synergy pops up. This also reminds me of "traditional" (no new oak) Cote Rotie. "Tradition" always a question of how far back you wish to go... Wandering off-subject. These wines really need food - and real food needs them. Co-dependent?
