Bright, light yellow.

Perfectly ripe pineapple, lime, smoke, mineral/earth and a hint of caramel on the nose. Discreet, very fine.

Caramel, lime flesh, mineral flavors are intense, reasonably fleshy and delineated. Also mouth-watering and FK. Mineral/lime flesh/caramel interaction keeps driving through the long, totally delicious, finish. Reminds me of great (dry) Riesling.
