Bright yellow.

Spicy, slightly pungent nose of lentil, pepper, jellied white fruit, grapefruit flesh.

Deep, with significant sweetness in the mouth. Pungent pepper/lentil flavors. Quite concentrated/dense but pungent, chewy character adds real cut to balance the sweet/fat richness. I think there's residual CO2 also. Long. There really isn't anything else like this.
