Deep red.

Vinturi - cherry/red raspberry jelly, hazelnut/earth nose. Pristine, pure.

Round, plush and mouth-filling. Nice acid edge moving in slowly from the periphery of the mouth. Ultimately coating the front teeth in light "chew". Earth, spice and cherry jam flavors show Tanzer's "sneaky" length. Still, this needs 4-5 more years to start shaking the fun stuff. For drinking tonight, the Hecht & Bannier wins the cage match.
