Favia "Sal y Miel" Bennett Valley Syrah 2004

Red/purple.

Vinturi - integrated nose shows menthol, pepper, fig, toasted nut, raspberry/strawberry. Discreet.

Round and mouth-filling, but treads lightly, with nice acidity. Very nicely put together, with good length. Lacks a bit of depth.


Day 5 - Way deep now, with great aromatic and flavor delineation. Not as powerful as Pax, but far better, definitely more complex and deep, than I originally thought. Beautiful.
