Light red.

Great, round, deep nose - sumptuous black cherry, earth, hazelnut, brown sugar, meat drippings.

Round and plush, with an acid/sulphide-edge that provides clarity. A bit dis-jointed currently, with some heat showing. Nevertheless, it's difficult not to enjoy this. Better with duck.
