Copain 2006 Hacienda Secoya, Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley)

Vinturi - intense, deep, lifted, crancherry, spice, underbrush, oak nut nose.

Round and taut simultaneously, with strong, but fine, acidity driving red fruit and spice flavors. Tanzer's "thrust". Very nice depth and length. Nothing abrasive, but not wimpy either. Built for the cellar, say 4-8 more years.
