Discreet nose - light petrol, white peach, nectarine.

Fairly sweet initial impression, with perfectly ripe peach/nectarine flavors gradually tightened and focused by fine minerality/acidity. Great balancing act, light, airy. Mineral chew and nectarine pit finish. Could drink a huge amount of this stuff.

Opened yesterday.
