Almond paste, light popcorn, flowers, caramel, apricot nose. Evolves with air and warming.

Round, deep, and intense - almond/caramel/citrus/peach/mineral flavors. Structure is a bit aggressive at the moment, really clamping down on the front teeth. But then a lime note works its way out ... Wild, loaded, stuff. Might be in a weird phase, but I'd think this could drink well for many more years.
