Yalumba, Viognier (organically grown), South Australia 2007

Bright light yellow.

Reticent flint, lychee, and spice aromas. A floral quality too.

Round and mouthcoating. Almost waxy feel, like Marsanne, but not oily. Very bright, with a peppery character to the apricot and lychee flavors. Not incredibly concentrated, but quite satisfying from every angle. Almost bracingly dry finish. Foodies will love this.

$15? Can't remember. Screwcap
