Vinturi - ultra-deep, loaded aromas of truffle/earth, smoke, cherry jam, savory hazelnut.

Odd celery flavor allied with textural depth matching that of the nose. Continues throughout. Not sure if this will develop well or not.. Certainly deep, but intrusive celery action is a major distraction. Opened yesterday.
