Vinturi - serious, pure, aromas of raspberry coulis, nut cream sauce, earth, licorice and a lifted character (stems?). No sign of alcohol.

Plush, dense and taut simultaneously. Quite a feat. Flavors need to unwind - raspberry and earth (sulfide) currently. Finishes with fairly strong acid/mineral constriction. If there are stems here, and I think there are, the percentage is way lower than in '05. Needs 3-5 years to strut, and should drink well for many years thereafter.
