Beaux Freres "Ribbon Ridge" Pinot Noir 2007

Light red.

Spicy red cherry, earth, herb aromas and suave barrel integration on the nose.

Round entry with stiffening, spicy, stem tannin providing front teeth chew. Bright, intense, black cherry and spice flavors go the distance. Flavor and structure running on two tracks. Nothing at all heavy or overdone here. Long, spicy finish. Completely different in style than my first BF back in the mid-late '90's. This will definitely be better with 4-6 years in the cellar.
