Vinturi - deep, spicy, black fruit nose. Not delineated.

Round, with textural sweetness and a saline character. Slightly grainy, with good concentration/stuffing. Like the nose, this lacks clarity. Finishes with acid-driven constriction that shuts down flavors.

Day 6 - Better purity and fruit sweetness. No structural impediment to finishing flavors. Give it time.
